Just Who is JT
You may be wondering that. You may be asking yourself and others that question right now. If you are, then no doubt you are getting alot of strange looks from those sitting around you. Have no fear. JT is here.
I am a ZEN Christian who has been a part of the local Christian Music Scene in Pittsburgh Area for the past 6 years. I have spent most of my time as the The Roadie/Sound Guy/Travelling Poet for the Band Splintered. Over the years that I have been travelling and preforming with Splintered I have been exposed to some of the best - and - worst of the Indie Christian Music Scene in Pittsburgh.
What always seemed strange to me as we travelled around was that it seemed like none of the bands knew much about the each other and it was just as clear that none of people in the audience knew much about the bands either. It upset me that no one seemed to know anything about the Indie Christian Music Scene, This was something that I am hoping to fix with this podcast.
Each week I will scour the Internet and the local bands here in Pittsburgh to find the best examples of Christian music I could find, and bring them to you. Each week I will bring you 4 or 5 new songs. Once a month I will strive to bring you a special one-off show that will showcase the talents of a single band - group of musicians.
