Thanks so much for the review! To be honest, I wanted to try to write the second story in a series, because I always felt like superhero origin stories are bland. It's just too easy! So yeah, I figured it would be more fun to see if I could write something compelling that fell later in the series. In hindsight, I'm glad I did. It was a gratifying challenge, and I think it was much more fun.
