Episode #64 HEY! Fatso!
If I sound a little distracted on this weeks podcast I apologize. I recorded it on Sunday and I was just dying to get out and take a ride on my Bike. As you might be able to tell from the title of the Episode “Hey Fatso” I am once again Fighting the battle of the Bulge, and by that I mean Im a big fat fatty. So Im putting it all out online for you guys. If you head over to the Blog you can actually see what I eat and what I do each day. I can only hope that by putting it all out there for all of you. I’m done hiding these things in my life. Just the idea of being honest is a great freedom to me.
