Episode 40 – Black Angel

Well Let me start this podcast by saying I’m sorry for the late posting. I had a wedding with Friends this weekend out of state and got home to late on Sunday to record the show in time to get it posted on my usual Monday. I did get it recorded and I am posting it as quickly as I can.
With that aside please allow me to let you know why the title of this weeks show is “Black Angel” this is the first Episode where I based all the music and the Title of the show on the image you see above. The picture is a Picture of Violet Blue, Journalist, Blogger and all around awesome girl… She is someone I both love and respect even if I haven’t met her, even if I don’t agree with some of what she believes in. I love her because Christ loves her and if she is good enough for Christ then who am I to argue with. If you wonder why I respect her here is what she wrote about the idea of love
“A few years ago I finally fell in love, and man, is it complicated… …Sometimes it’s felt like I’ve torn my skin off and just stood there in his green-eyed gaze. I love boldly, carelessly, impetuously, with disregard of consequences. …though I know it’s all calculated risk. Well, I may not be an easy person to love — I am a writer in the most classic hardboiled sense; I live and work and play hard and recklessly with sharp things and fast engines — I’m worth it, I think. So, as I prepare to surround myself with people I love and who I think I can finally start to let love me back”
